Personally, I feel there is so many lessons that have been learnt and I'm flooded with "bottom lines", a few issues still stiring and a massive amount of gratitute - 2011 really has been an amazing year! Another lovely Sunday morning in Oz. My dad just called past and he is going to take all his grandkids to golf, leaving me the perfect opportunity to keep you guys updated. You may have noticed we have changed a few words and juggled a few things, as per usual!! This week I cleared up a matter which had me very pissed off and, after speaking to the affiliate manager of this casino, we will sadly not be advertising for them . What a bitch cos I honestly did like the man - guess everyone draws a short straw occasionally. Whatever it is, I have this amazing abiliity to be able to convert problems into opportunities - So what ever the result is, it some hope owill be good!
You'll notice a couple new things on our index page including the tool bar and search engines......omg. I can't believe how excited one person can get over such little things. I feel like a kid at an amusement park discovering all the new games and rides....The reality is closer to a half educated, middle aged (on the lower end!) woman who's put on nearly 12kg since this venture started! I'm only grateful it's summer here in oz and a beautiful 32degrees-perfect swimming weather, and we have a 50m swimming pool across the road. My grandmother never learnt how to swim and every year buys our kids a season ticket and comes to watch them; we celebrated her 87th birthday last week. She is a real gem.

Ive just arrived at the office, It's almost 2.30pm and I just attended my first work site induction at AWB (Australian Wheat Board). The rest of today will be spent planning and analysing sites for our USA page. Sometimes I get really impatient and wish it was done yesterday, then I'm forced to remind myself that it's not the destination but the journey.

Spent many hours personally researching, discussing and analysing the current plans of this site with some extremely intellegent, totally mindblowing friends who managed to inspire me beyond the high expectations already in place for this site.......yeh. Wow. (Probably should mention this went on for hours at a friends 40th).
As a result of last nights discussions, Tim and Hig's ''Keep it simple and take me straight to where I want to go '' led to a number of links being changed and the home page will not always be shown to you. Our online poker, online bingo and online slots now take you directly to that site. Thanks guys. Special thanks to Lone for our many hours discussing ''the googlebot thingy", his roles, how much we still have to learn, pages, folders, how to use these sucessfully, all them <page> </page> (that code shit!) confusion that left the dirt around the campfire looking like a teachers nightmare (we got it), colours, control factors, market research info available and data analyisation, just to name a few. The affiliates page is up and running, not completed to our standards yet, but it will happen. Mostly been on twitter and facebook and have some new casinos for you to choose from which should be ready for you to view this afternoon. Thinking I'm going to need a day off soon to rearrange the office - hey - thats my excuse and im sticking to it!

Consider the concepts, knowing what to do and knowing how to do it. Knowing you can and doubting you can. Not knowing that ''fear is to lonely to know that faith is his twin brother'' or never questioning what your gut tells you to be questionable.
Have you ever wondered why someone would have believed the world was flat to start with - and even more so why this was considered law in every way shape and form, and why every high society and well educated man preched this, believing his sources to be completly true - even scientifically proven; asked yourself why is man fearing to question his own idiosyncrasies, as well as those of others, even though he knows he should.......even though he knows he could. And he can, and he might, but at what price does this come? Just look at scientific history for a few good examples - many brave souls suffered much disrepute and rejection from their high class societies, their elite positions relinquished, just for questioning the questions. In a time when it is accepted that there can be different interperations of american law (it doesn't get much more complicated than that), I honestly wonder why its an issue. Apparently it is.
All great spirits encountered opposition from medicore minds. If we do, and if we do why do we, allow ourselves to be manipulated by others? Is this always through a range of negative emotions, usually focussed around the triangle of self obsession - fear, resentment and anger, recieved as soul sucking emotions such guilt and denial by those who choose to recieve it. Or is it through materilalistic conveniences integrity can bought or bribed, tempted by the roots of evil, greed, money and power. For a long time I have chosen not to accept others word as law, I accept that they truely believe what they say and agree I can agree to disagree. I pick my battles but choose not to participate in childish games. That will never change. I have also chosen to stand up for what I believe in; to at least try to understand people whos shortcomings have directivly affected myself or my family in a negative way because I can accept anything if I can understand it. I can't hate, its not in my nature. I always forgive. I am quite happy to give other people back their shit and by forgiving them that is what you are doing. Resentment and anger are just a couple of degrees away on the emotion wheel, and just after that is determination; I choose the latter
................................Having said that I have been busy learning a whole lotta other stuff that will one day benefit this site.

Since lunch time yesty...........been checking around some sights to see what I like; I absolutely love the onion man casino sight. It has it all, especially heart! Seems to be a rare quality about that sight which still, so far, remains my favourite. His site starts with a similar story to mine, and I've always been a great believer in karma. Two months ago a 7 year old had to show me how to turn the computer on, and I really thought you could just turn it off at the button! Circumstances further from my control than one could possibly imagine left me supporting a very close and personnal friend in this venture. I soon realised that I was way outa my league and to actually make myself useful, I had to stsrt tapping away to make some sense of this great new computer world I knew nothing about. Usually when I say I'll give someone a hand it's not so time consuming and....... wow. Me and my big mouth....... lucky I love a challenge. This is like the meterophorically equivalent challenge of trying to rebuild an entire engine when you don't know what a carby kit is.
And the bottom line is..........This is not much harder to learn than I thought it was going to be, There's just heaps more info to take in than I imagined.

And the good news is.... I think I have found someone who can do what I want, and the price hopefully reflects what will be the best page ever. The bad news is it's now time to get my old trade certificate from the top shelf, blow the dust off it and take my arce back to work in the real world for a few weeks. Just consider this a measure of the dedication and determination I have to bring you something worth waiting for - cos I'm telling you I've bought cheaper cars and...wow. Maybe I'm in the wrong business!!!!!! The Web Master is still off on sick leave, so here's hoping he feels better soon, and I'm once again heading off to paid employment in order to fulfill our promises to you! Hey all, hope you all had a great day. I went to my first job interview in 15 years and my new superviser will be my old school mate - mad! Being a small town, shearing contractors usually pull up out the front of my house, toot the horn and hollow áre you right for work....with all the details............ or I trek down the local pub for the work goss them ring up who ever has the best offer......I didnt even bother pulling the old map out but the wool industry will forever hold a place in my heart. (Just ask any shearer and they will confirm my statement - it's in your blood and there's nothing you can do about it). Instead of classing wool (that stuff that grows on sheep and makes fabric) I will be grain sampling (that stuff that eventually ends up in your bread) and once again look foward to another challenge. Thanks heaps Kerrie for being a wonderful teacher, I look foward to working with you. Six weeks to harvest. Eight weeks till the new page designs!

This is the earliest I've ever been in the office, but olny if we don't count the times I was here after midnight. For anyone considering becoming an affiliate, I wish you luck! To start this venture being a computer illiterate twit has been challenging to say the least. Every skill I have (or haven't) acquired has been challenged to the max. The last few days (no I haven't been fishing, camping or bludging), have been super busy. The more I learn the more I have to learn but that's life! I am finally satisfied with the pace at which I am acquiring the skills I need to be useful in this venture. This blog is the only reason I even dragged my sad and sorry arce out of bed somedays but I am on a mission now and all this (my blog) will one day disappear so far back into this site you will need a degree to find it!
I spent a number of hours on the phone this week in an attempt to find a decent web designer at the right price but to no avail. To the J man - you know who you are and where you work at - The bottom line is - there is a reason my partner and I run a business and you work for one. Just cos I am semi-computer illiterate doesn't mean you are going to pull the wool over my eyes, talk down to me or that you should think I will agree to bullshit deals, I'm simply lacking in computer skills, not bloody stupid!
Having said that, I'm going back to work on my page designs (the ones nobody ripped me off for)! and will be working on these until wheat season kicks off - I did my medical on Wednesday but I'm not sure when they start stripping.
Five minutes later.....
Apparently my kids are sick of looking at the back of my head so I'm off to spend some time with them first. Several hours later.......
I'm ever so pleased God built into women this amazing thing we subconsciously do called multi skilling - because without it this venture may well have fallen on it's arce many moons ago.

I thought I was real neat this morming when I could actually sit down on an office chair - thanks kimmy, do what I had to do and have my choice of music on in the background without swearing at the computer or enlisting the help of anyone. For this, I am extremely grateful and I feel like this great leap I took in blind faith is finally being rewarded - being less frusterated was the greatest gift I could have recieved!
Back to the new page designs.....They will be very simple due to my distinct lack of skills I am constantly reminded of...but are still an improvement on what we have and will definately suffice until the new, new (My design is still not finalised that's probably why I'm not in your care) ones are ready.

I can honestly say I do it for the fans now......I myself follow the little onion casino and the stats don't lie...We have a small but loyal following. We have had more unique hits so far than we aimed to have for the whole month.
We have also had a few more set backs and you may notice we have removed at least one casinos. Sadly, some of our original choices (which I already spent vaulable time researching) seem to be run by narrow minded, very unprofessional pigs and no longer require our business. It will be interesting to see how smart one particular affiliate's decisions was in a few years.
Personnal vendettas are really not something I waste my time on, so I will be going back to once again research some more options. I believe karma always has my best interests at heart, and so far she has proved to be an amazing asset. I feel like I have been sent back to the beginning of the race, except this time I know which way to go and what to do - you got to be grateful for small blessings. Speaking of these - I am already blessed. I have a total of 10 very important little souls in my life and not much else to lose. It's the underdog thing, and we've all watched enough movies to know how that ends!!!!

I just decided this blog is like recovery, it's a very selfish and personal thing. It's a motivation, a divert, a release, a focus and a blessing. I'm blessed in the way I decide to help someone who has always been there for me and end up here. Now. Wow. It's so ironic in soooooo many ways. As I sit here, grateful I can finally type more than six words a minute , listening to my 5 and 7 year olds trying to work out 3x 88 while they eat their fruit loops, straining my brain so hard it hurts somedays I start to wonder..........Then I remember Grand Final footy at my local drinking hole, The lovely Colleen (she is a true blue publican), has even arranged us fresh prawns. I should mention we are at least 6 hours from a coastline are usually feasting on yabbies in these parts, not prawns. Oh, yeah - and we usually got to catch them. So here's to the Canonbar Hotel in Nyngan, NSW, Australia ( I know over half you guys are from overseas).
